Memento Mori

2024

Memento mori is a solo piece with cyr wheel.

The piece is built around a sand waterfall. It deals with themes of human choices, breaking free from the rat race, and letting go.

Once he presented the thought
what if we do not merely walk on the surface of the earth
but each of our steps moves the planet
what power we would have

our choices affect others
our actions matter
and at any moment we can decide that the power is within ourselves

My work spans various mediums, including light designing, puppet building, and performance art, all aimed at creating immersive and thought-provoking experiences.

In my recent projects, I have explored the depths of human emotion and storytelling through various performances:

BE ECHO OF MINE (2024): This project showcased my skills as a choreographer, director, and performer, presenting an innovative blend of movement and emotion.
Laulu väelle Vellamon (2023): As the choreographer, director, and performer, I brought to life a dynamic narrative at Teatteri Sujo.
Memento Mori (2022): A solo piece with the cyr wheel, this performance highlighted my ability to convey profound themes through solo choreography, premiered at Köysiteatteri.

My artistic journey is a continuous exploration of the intersection between physical movement and visual storytelling, always seeking to push the boundaries of what performance art can achieve.
