Be echo of mine is a circus piece that explores echoes.
The piece is an improvisation-based piece that takes place in a moment.
The piece is an improvisation-based piece that takes place in a moment. Each performer’s movement is unique, an interpretation born from their own bodies and starting points, which echoes in the bodies of other performers.
The moment created on stage creates a world between the performers, which works with its own internal logic of the piece and is unique in every performance. The work is based on the idea of mirror cells, the human need to echo what they see around them, and on the one hand, how we can choose to decide differently.
The work is inspired by the story of Narcissus and Echo found in ancient Greek mythology.
